Aerospace Business Park

The Aerospace Business Park is comprised of 181 acres, and is planned with business parcels ranging from .75 to 10 acres.  These sites will service industry manufactures, service providers, and businesses that make frequent use of aviation.  In addition, the Park will contain an exclusive office condominium for executives who need phone, fax, copiers, high speed internet connect and shared office assistance while away from their main place of business.  Having an on-site aviation Test Bed/Showcase close to industry regulators in the Nation’s Capital further enhances the appeal of the Business Park.  Many of the Aviation Business owners and employees will take full advantage of living within the same secure community as their place of business.

 

Primary access is from March Road, a major artery, that provides direct connection to the Kanata North Business Park, the focal point of high tech sector development in the Ottawa region. Carp Road provides the link between the village communities of Carp and Stittsville and is the center of economic activity for this part of the rural area of Ottawa.  The area accounts for over $40 million in commercial/industrial assessment, 100+ businesses, and approximately 3,000 employees.
