West Capital Developments (WCD), is an Ottawa-based real estate development company started in 2002 with the expressed intent of developing the Carp Airport Lands. The WCD partners combine many years of successful business experience with specific real estate development expertise in similar projects. The areas of legal, accounting, and project management are also addressed within the partnership. In addition a significant network of third-party advisors are readily available as needed.
